1 phone screen, 2 remote interviews I went through an initial phone screen and then was moved forward to a pair of remote interviews. Each of the remote interviews used the same questions, asked by two pairs of different individuals. It was extremely annoying to have to answer the same questions twice over two hours instead of having the four individuals who interviewed me sit in on the same interview.
