About a month after submitting online application, I got email from the department manager (not HR) that to ask me to assign a time for a phone interview. We talked about 40 mins. He asked me several questions including why I choose to work there, use three words to describes myself, use three words to describe the dream job, how did I work on my project, etc. I messed up the interview because it was my first job interview. I did not prepare well. After more than 4 weeks, I received a letter informing me that they interviewed someone else for the position, not surprising though.

The interview questions were entirely behavioral. They ask you a series of questions concerning different scenarios and you explain how you proceeded in several different phases. Expect similar questions across interviewers so have several answers prepared for the same question.
