Brief phone interview followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and Department head. The Interview followed the STAR format where it was situational and behavioral in nature. The Interview lasted about an hour with time for questions at the beginning and end.

Took an assessment test first . Had a long interview with 2 managers. Thry asked a lot of tell me a time questions. They didnt seem friendly or smile much. Thry made me feel like I was taking up too much of their time
