Participated in a first interview after an on-campus career fair. Afterwards I was flown out to Moline, Illinois for an on-site interview. At both Moline, and on-campus I was asked STAR formatted behavioral style questions. At Moline I was tasked with a case-study and was also questioned about my process for the study.
