Met recruiter on campus, was encouraged to apply for this position online. Had a phone interview and two in-person interviews on-site composed mostly of behavioral questions (using the STAR method). Second in-person interview went a little off-script with technical questions while reviewing my resume, but eventually returned to behavioral questions.
