      Application

      I interviewed at John Deere

      Interview

Behavioral interview that took approximately 30 minutes. Very straightforward with no surprises. 2 interviewers from different fields in the office interviewed me. People were very nice however it was a traditional interview and not a chill/relaxed environment

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself, tell me about a time where you had to use communication/persuasion to get your point across

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Champaign, IL) in Dec 2017

      Interview

The process was very well organized. I was sent an e-mail about a week prior to the interview about how the interview was going to be conducted and what the pattern of the questions was going to be. I was told clearly to read up on the STAR technique for interviews and that helped me prepare mentally for what to expect. Even though the interview went on for about an hour, I was very comfortable throughout primarily because all panelists were reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. They explained me how they would carry out the interview before starting off and we had really nice conversations throughout the interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One of the questions I remember was as follows (The actual question was really long, this is a jist of it): "Describe a situation in which there was a conflict in your team and describe how you overcame that conflict, if at all."
