Roughly forty five minute interview. Sat down with 2 recruiters the day after my college career fair. Interview was on campus. Fairly relaxed. Didn't deny or accept me. Not too bad of an interview just didn' t have any stories ready for the type of questions they asked. No problem questions, all were personal experience questions.

Non technical. Asked about past experience working with people you had differences with and other experiences. Soft skill interview not too hard, all questions I had seen online before definitely what you would expect.

Interview
They asked purely star based questions. They didn`t just ask about work and school projects, but how I interacted with others in daily life as well. Overall it was one of the best and most comprehensive interviews I`ve taken.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. For the first interview, it was with one employer with a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. The second interview was a panel interview with solely behavioral questions.
