The process is simple and fast, i didnt got any Face to face interview, maybe since its pandemic but I walked in to davao VXI enter my info and grammar test (basic) then there's someone who'll call for the initial interview then I went home they told me that someone will callfor final interview (they give situationnal scenarios for the final interview) then if you'll pass the last step will be tge S. O. P Berlitz (6 situational questions that's recorded) but before the berlitz they have a 3 hrs orientation about berlitz so that admirers will get a big chance to pass it, then JO.
They started out very conversational and then moved into questions about my background. I was also asked about what I like to do outside of work and school. Overall, it was a low stress enviroment.
