I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at John Deere (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2019
Interview
Fairly disorganized, weren't ready to interview me when i arrived but they seemed fair with the questions. They seemed to worry more about if i wanted to work than about how i viewed myself. Main concern was when i asked about work-life balance and the guy couldn't give me a straight answer. It was also clear they were not actually paying attention to my resume as i had to re-explain everything on my resume for them.

All STAR based, they even explained what it meant which was nice.
