STAR PROCESS- Have situational examples available that you can go on and on about. Four or five questions, two panels. There were two groups of two interviewers- whole process lasts about two hours.

Situational and behavior example problems. Brush up on star process approach
1 hr interview, straight forward. behavioral questions were good, if you prepare would be an easy interview. Panel interview can be a little intimidating but the interviewers were nice. Also Prepare for questions at the end.
Initial phone interview then 2 panel interviews. Panel interviews took a total of 2 hours; each with two different people lasting 1 hour. You are asked to follow the STAR format and give specific situations and how you responded.
