I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
I started off with a hacker-rank, which didn't go too bad, but sort of difficult. The next part was the interview, which didn't go well for me at least. I interviewed with two people, who focused on solely behavioral questions for an hour. After the second question, one of the interviewers was just blatantly disinterested, and the other one was trying her best to keep it afloat. About a month and a half after the interview, I reached out to them, and they just rejected me.
