Interview
There are back to back one hour interviews with 2 people in each interview. They are asking behavioral based questions and use the STAR format for their questions. This essentially means they want very structured answers. Even if it means you can BS better than someone who couldn’t quite tailor their answers perfectly to their liking. If they like your answers, actual qualifications won’t even matter. There is around 5 questions in each interview, so be prepared to expand on each for about 5-10 minutes. This is where you will need some real world examples as to how you dealt with a difficult customer and made an unpopular decision to get the job done. Fun stuff. Good luck!

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had things not work out what did you do and what would you do different.
Behavioral based interview but with very obscure questions that I would not have been able to relate to unless in that particle position I interviewing for already. I have not had a problem with their STAR method of questions and answers before but that one was very frustrating, the variance in this company;s interview can swing greatly depending on the interviewer.
