It was a great process that lasted about an hour. They use the STAR interview tactic (situation, task, action, and result. I used personal experiences to answer the questions thoroughly and was able to expand more on my answers when prompted to do so.

The first was a basic get to know you, are you interested in this position interview, the second was a standard behavioral interview. I ended up recieving a rejection email shortly after the second interview so they were also prompt.
