Quick reply to confirm progression to group assessment stage where I was interviewed with others and asked questions that would relate to my job. Clear communication regarding expectations of attendance time and business dress. Polite interactions with all staff.

Interview
Group Meeting and written interview. Made to sit in a group and discuss scenarios, whilst being observed my managers. Thereafter you had to write answers to different scenarios. The whole process took upto 1 hour. I genuinely believe they prefer a much younger employee whose starting off, not opinionated and someone who wouldn't challenge the Managers even if they are being mistreated. I was a former employee.. I saw nothing had changed in over 10 years
