Interview
I recently received an offer for the Supermarket Assistant position at Waitrose and wanted to share my interview experience. The interview was a 45-minute phone call and felt quite straightforward and relaxed.
It mainly focused on three general scenarios to assess how I would respond in different situations. Each scenario came with a few follow-up questions. The interview covered topics like teamwork, handling customer needs, and the importance of good team collaboration. I was also asked to share examples from my past experience related to these areas.
After the scenario-based questions, the interviewers took some time to explain the role in more detail, along with the benefits of working at Waitrose. Overall, it was a smooth process and a positive experience.

The interview was easy, and they offered me a job after the interview. I had to do some tests before getting the interview, which took time. I tried multiple locations to get the interview. The process was easy, and I could track my application in their system.
