I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson Matthey (Vilnius) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had multiple interviews with senior managers that felt genuinely engaging rather than standard. While the first one focused on personality and experience, the second dived deep into my competence. Both were refreshing—no boring questions, just real curiosity to understand who I am and how I’d fit the role.

Question 1
Tell me about your previous work and how do you believe it matches the position you’re applying.
It was an interview based process with competency questions and a walkthrough of experience/ CV - straightforward if you know the work. Questions tended to be more complex than the actual job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Matthey (Taylor, MI) in Sep 2019
Interview
3 levels of interview - phone screen by talent recruiter, phone interview with hiring mgr., on-site interview with group of people. Interview questions were average, during the panel interview, each interviewer had a checklist of questions to ask while the others took notes. Went to lunch with the group for casual discussion then back for 1:1. Very professional and thorough. Actually enjoyed the interview process.
