I first applied online through their careers website, which asked a number of standard competency based questions. Once I passed this stage, it was then followed by a telephone interview with a HR representative who asked questions on my IT experience and how much I know about the company. Once I passed this stage, I was then invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. e
