Interview starts with a tour of the pharmaceutical plant where you are introduced to various processes. Questions are encouraged and safety is expressed heavily. After the tour you enter a conference room and have an interview with the hiring manager and production manager. The interview is fairly standard which questions such as what are your strengths, weaknesses and where do you see yourself in the next 5 years. After the interview you are escorted out where you go through security and must remove your shoes/empty your pockets. Also just a heads up, no electronic devices are allowed on the plant, that includes your phone.
