I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Wokingham, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
Phone call following an interview process in Wokingham, role play, presentation and competency questions. Waste of time the interviewer never show the teeth is normal to offer something to drink, just straight to the butcher house, the role play was done speaking on skype with someone on the other side what makes more uncomfortable, in the presentation the interviewer looked like she wants to be in another place. Conclusion after doing almost 400km spending money in a hotel, taking two days off from work, the idea of the credo from J & J, fairness and all the bulshitt they publish is just for the books. Next time they must find someone who is related to HR or someone who really knows about sales because interviews with persons with no expertise on the process became really a waste of time for a real professional. Nevermore J & J.

I was able to schedule a Hirevue interview, but have not heard back. I wish there was a way for us to contact the person reviewing them or have some sort of timeline on the interview process. I have not heard back yet and its been 2 weeks.
Two step interview, first one with the temporary agency and second one with direct manager, it was long but the decision was quick. Very quick compared to other interview processes….
