The manager didn’t go through a STAR method. Answers can be so canned! He truly wanted to get a sense for how I worked with a team well as his management style.
Easy to clearance not many technical questions to answer. Role Related Knowledge is checked and ensured the cultural fitment. The interview last of 2 hours and was primarily focused on my past experiences.
