I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in May 2014
Interview
I applied online for an analyst role at J&J. After gathering an interview and speaking with the HR recruiter, we mutually decided the company was not a good fit for me.
The process was well organized. The technical questions were pretty easy. Perceived personality firm with the firm is very important. All employees involved were welcoming and kind, talked a lot about their own experiences
It started out with an interview session with AI recruiter. Thought it was an AI assisted interview but found out I will be talking only to an AI. I immediately dodged it and cancelled it
Easy going behavioural questions. The process is simple but not easy. Friendly and welcoming. They were on time so was I. Just be you and you will be good to go.
