What special perspective would you bring to the team?
Easygoing. I was on two rounds of interviews. I was reached out to by a recruiter who helped me connect with the team. The teams were very friendly compared to other European pharma companies.
Too many stages , too many talent coordinator interviews instead of actual teams that the role is for. Found the attitudes snoody and pretentious not a good work culture for 1st observation
