I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New York, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
Standard questions from selected people. Some questions were repeated by different interviewers. People are busy and hence no focus on listening to answers. Like to talk more than listening. No patience. Try to ask questions on technology and learn from the candidate.
Easygoing. I was on two rounds of interviews. I was reached out to by a recruiter who helped me connect with the team. The teams were very friendly compared to other European pharma companies.
Too many stages , too many talent coordinator interviews instead of actual teams that the role is for. Found the attitudes snoody and pretentious not a good work culture for 1st observation
I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
Incredibly easy and straight forward process. Behavioral interview and general information. Interviewed with the entire team individually and heard back very quickly with feedback. Other programs tend to have more rigorous interviews.
