Online-Bewerbung und erste Runde per Teams dann vor Ort Interview/Besuch. Die Position war lange Zeit offen, das Gehalt extrem niedrig und bevor ich überhaupt anfangen konnte, wurde die Position gestrichen...
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Relatively negative experience overall. I was contacted on a Sunday evening by an engineer with a last minute request for an interview the very next morning on Monday.
What was communicated as a phone call turned into a request to join a video meeting a couple minutes into the call, which had me scrambling to boot up a computer to use.
Interviewee was not an HR representative nor the hiring manager, and did not seem to know much about the position or the interview process when asked questions. Was not given a clear answer as to who the hiring manager was.
Interview went over time. I did not pursue the process any further afterward.
