I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Manila, Manila)
Interview
Interview is very direct to the point. Interviewers are the managers themselves, in my case, they are foreigners and they are very kind and accommodating. Didn’t really ask the usual, interview questions are very situational to the role & experience-based
The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with a brief introduction and a discussion about my background and previous experience. The interviewer then asked questions about quality assurance, problem-solving, teamwork, and how I handle challenging situations. There were also a few scenario-based questions to understand my approach to maintaining quality standards. The interviewer was friendly, gave me enough time to answer, and explained the role and team at the end. Overall, the experience was positive and comfortable.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Apr 2020
