I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Onsted, MI) in Feb 2021
Interview
The first step was a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. It was fairly straightforward—mostly behavioral questions, a quick walkthrough of my resume, and a few logistical questions (availability, salary expectations, etc.). The recruiter was friendly and clear about the next steps.
