Hiring process very well-oiled. And New Lawyers Group concept works quite well. Having two persons interview each applicant in the on-campus interview works very well. The callback process was very efficient.

Everyone is very nice and informative. great culture but the salary is supposed to be "confidential." this is because it is very low compared to what big laws offer and comparable to mid-sized firms'

I had five interviews in total. All of them were very friendly. Although no substantial legal questions were asked, a lot of "culture fit" questions were posed. Interviewers were very open to questions of my own. All interviewers were in the same page with the culture and the team work approach.
