The interview process consisted of a video interview with two senior lawyers, which preceded the vacation scheme and followed the application. The interview was conducted online via Webex. The interviewers' identity was not known beforehand.

The interview was very short and did not include any competency questions. The case study was very focused on one practice area and quite niche issues within it. The debate structure was good as it did not require prior debating experience.
