I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jones Day (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very casual interview process. They asked basic questions about law school experiences, location preferences, and specific interests in practice groups. Was about 90 minutes with three different attorneys. Each interview was around 30 minutes.
Nothing out of the ordinary. General questions and nice people. Talked to two partners (one in litigation, one in corporate) and two associates. This was for the callback, which was also the screener.

Interview
Very collegial. Maybe two true resume questions the entire time. Everyone was very welcoming. Ended with a lunch for separate associate Q&A. Everyone seemed kind and helpful. They provided what seems like candid answers to questions.

The first round is a video screen interview. A partner will ask typical behavior interview questions like "why are you interested in the practice area." The HR provides very professional and timely communication.
