The interviewing process is long, but to be fair, they had been burned a couple times prior in order to fill this position, so they were being extremely thorough. I went through five different steps in the process before I was given an offer. I will note - that because I was able to meet so many people, I got a great sense of the work environment and the people I would be working closely with. Already started bonds, and what kind of working relationship I would have with some of them.
