My interview with Jones Day shocked me with the way they were very strict on having charismatic people apart of the team. It was shocking coming from a huge firm with over 2700 employees. I was well over qualified of the position but didn't get it, this was early on in my interviewing process so I think it was my lack of confidence through the interview. The person interviewing me did not crack a smile which made matters worse for the nerves.
