I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Albertville, MN) in Jun 2012
Interview
Interview process was very simple. I came in one day and asked if they were hiring, the manager said yes and i had an interview the next day. Very general questions about what kind of person i am. they just wanted to get a gist of what kind of person I am and making sure that i wouldn't be scared to talk to people. like i said, the interview was very simple.
They just asked about previous leadership, jobs, and challenges that you've experienced in the past, just to get to know you as a person better, since they're looking for people who are willing to put themselves out there.

Interview
Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Clarksville, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
