I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Journeys in Oct 2017
Interview
On the spot and very fast I walked to notify the manager that I had turned in an application. Then from there, my soon to be manager began my interview and wanted to see how I operated when put on the spot.

It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

They ask about availability throughout the week and on weekends.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Journeys
Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
