I came to the store and waited with 3 other girls for about ten minutes before the manager brought us to the food court to interview. She had us create little name tags and asked the usual series of questions before answering our questions and then having us put down our available hours.
Applied online, got a call for a group interview in about a week. There were 15 of us in the group interview, which was held in the loud food court.
