Initial basic phone call interview followed by an in-person interview in the same week at the store. It was way more casual than I expected. I was interviewed by a co-manager of the store.

Recall an instance where a customer or client was unsatisfied with your service and what did you do to resolve it.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

They ask about availability throughout the week and on weekends.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
