I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Journeys (Henderson, NV) in Jul 2020
Interview
When I walked in we sat apart from each other due to corona and she asked some pretty basic questions for the first interview and we had a few laughs, they called me asking if I wanted a second I came in it went well with the store manager and she said “we’ll call you if your hired” she didn’t give me a date or day when but the overall experience was really good. I have a feeling that I won’t get hired thought sadly. I wish I knew the reason. I’d say the only problem I had was the fact that the store opened in 20 mins I felt rushed and would of liked to talk more and I didn’t want to take up her time to prepare for the store to open, I feel like she didn’t like me because of that fact.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
