Interview
Two rounds of interviewing, it helps to know a bit about the company before hand. Very laid back environment. Definitely helps to have sales experience before hand, but they do hire without experience. It is a very demanding job with a lot of sales goals that need to be met.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
