Interview
I was invited to like a job fair type thing, and I was the only one that showed up and was on time. So basically, I was in the mall and the manager pulled me out of the store and just asked me basic questions and why I felt like I was fit for this role. I got the job within a few days.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
