Interview
It was super quick and easy! Walked in and the manager immediately wanted to interview me after I told her I was a member of DECA. Was interviewed that day, called back the next. Was a pretty basic interview, I could tell she really wanted to hire me regardless of my answers. (By the looks of it they really needed people!! Worked for this company for 3 years following and absolutely loved it too. Such easy going managers and you will definitely learn amazing customer service. Wouldn't be too worried if you have an upcoming interview with them!

Interview
Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Clarksville, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
