I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Buford, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a group interview, it wasn't too bad but the questions were kind of hard to answer if you hadn't had any work experience. It was somewhat nerve wracking, but once we all started to talk it wasn't too bad. The interviewers were very nice and they tried there best too make it fun. Overall it was a interesting experience, but probably the hardest interview I've ever done.

It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
