I applied and got a call 2 weeks later to come in to have an interview. I went in the next day for my interview except there was some confusion and the interview was for Journeys not shi so they said they'd call me back to set up an interview with Shi they called back a week later. I set up an interview for the next day. My interviewer was super chill and nice and I got hired on the spot( keep in mind this was my first interview)

It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
