It was a great personal conversation with both the manager and co-manager. They get to know you as a person and also ask you how you plan to grow as a person through this job. After that, they take some time to evaluate and give you a phone call to determine the result.

It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
