Interview
I first went in the store itself and asked for an application, the manager told me to apply online and handed me two cards, one for the application website and a personal contact card
I filled in the application online and attached a resume
I was called back maybe 3 days after that and was asked to go in for an interview that same day
I accepted and had an interview with the head manager one on one
it was very laid back, the man was very nice and i made sure to answer things either courteously or with humor, that gave me an advantage, i think, try to show that you are laid back and funny
after the interview was over I was offered the job
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
