Interview
I applied online and about 2 weeks later received a call for an interview. It was in the morning, and after i arrived I realized it would be a group interview. Luckily it was only about 6 of us. The man asked us to pull some chairs up, and he sat in front of us with one of his employees who was taking notes on each of us (she said she'd been working with them for a couple years). He generally seemed nice, but she had an intimidating look and wasn't smiling, at all. One by one he asked us what our duties were at our previous jobs and our availability. And that was it. Seriously, that was it. I don't know how they would find what they're looking for with just those questions. He did state that if we were to work there we'd HAVE to work til closing, which was 11-12. Afterwards he said he'd give us a call if anything, and we left. I never received a call back. Waste of time because those 2 questions could have easily been asked over the phone instead of me losing a day's work to go there. Highly disappointed in how they chose to "interview" us.

I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
