Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a little less than a week later. I was asked if I was available to be interviewed the next morning before the store opened. I arrived at the mall on the day of the interview about 15 minutes early. After the employees set up for the interview, they let us in. It was a group interview of 4 including myself. The interview was super laid back. I don't suggest going all out with your clothes; wear something that shows your personality and that you keep up with the latest trends. I wore a black blazer over a pink, blue and white blouse, black jeans and white slip on Vans. The interviewers (2 co-managers and the SM) seemed to really like my outfit and brought it up on a few occasions. Anyway, they asked really basic questions and went down the line. The interview lasted for about an hour. After answering all the questions, we were asked to sell a shoe along with products that we would suggest to a potential customer. The SM told us that we would receive a call later in the week, no later than Friday at 3:30 pm. I assume that I didn't get the job as I have not received a call 😔 i

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
