Interview
I applied online and received a call the next day to schedule an interview. I arrived about 10 minutes early, but I still had to wait around for the store manager to prepare himself. We walked down to some tables and began the interview. He asked very generic questions. We began talking about availability and he asked me if I was interested in a Key Holder position due to my experience. He said I was his favorite candidate so far and would get back to me because "it's rude not to". After a few days I called the store to follow up and after the third day of calling I found out that he resigned. The district manager was the one managing the store at the moment so I scheduled another interview with her. She asked me to go to another mall that was easier for her so I agreed. When I arrived to my interview she wasn't at that location so their store manager had to interview me. She said she would get in contact with me in a few days. After 9 days I followed up and was told by the district manager the location I applied for wasn't hiring anymore. She offered another interview for another location but I declined.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
