Interview
I applied and got called in for a group interview about a week later. The interview was led by the 2 store managers, who were the friendliest people ever. They told us they were looking for the most outgoing people as opposed to the ones who can sell the most because technique can always be taught but personality cannot. They asked us a few questions and then asked us to choose one item in the store and to try to sell it to them. After that they asked us if we had any questions about the job. I received a call offering me the positions 6 days later, and was asked to come in the next day to sign my contract.
They just asked about previous leadership, jobs, and challenges that you've experienced in the past, just to get to know you as a person better, since they're looking for people who are willing to put themselves out there.

Interview
Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Clarksville, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
