Interview
The interview was a group interview, which was very laid back and not intimidating. It was the current manager and assistant manager while they were closing the store on a Sunday. There was maybe 7 or 8 of us sitting around the front register, and basically having a conversation-type interview with the assistant manager as the manager was listening, and was adding input and other types of questions as well. We also had to pick a shoe and show how we would pitch a sale to the managers, which was quite easy if you know how to casually and confidently talk to strangers, since that is the main role of your job as a sales associate.
They just asked about previous leadership, jobs, and challenges that you've experienced in the past, just to get to know you as a person better, since they're looking for people who are willing to put themselves out there.

Interview
Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Interview
I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
