Interview
had one on one interview, then group the following day. Since this store was in the mall the one on one interview was done at the food court. The group interview was done in the back room where all the products are. A mini tour was given, paper work was completed and the interview began.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
