I applied online. I received a call the next day from the hiring manager asking if I had time to complete a short phone interview. I scheduled an interview for two days later. The interview was very informal, but the manager was very polite and easy to talk to.

They just asked about previous leadership, jobs, and challenges that you've experienced in the past, just to get to know you as a person better, since they're looking for people who are willing to put themselves out there.

I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
